Anavar is widely used due to its exceptionally small level of androgenicity accompanied by moderate anabolic effect. Although Anavar is a 17-alpha alkyloid, its liver toxicity is very small as well. Studies have showed that a daily dose of 20 mg Anavar used in the course of 12 weeks had only a negligible impact on the increase of liver enzymes. As a DHTderivative,Anavar does not aromatize (convert to estrogen, which causes gynecomastia or malebreast tissue). It also does not significantly influence the body's normal testosterone production (HPTAaxis) at low dosages (20 mg). When dosages are high, the human body reacts by reducing the production of LH (luteinizing hormone), thinking endogenous testosterone production is too high; this in turn eliminates further stimulation of Leydig cells in the testicles, causing testicular atrophy (shrinking)
Anavar has often been called a weak steroid. Part of the reason for this is that use of a Class I steroid alone never is maximally effective. The other cause is that bodybuilders and authors in the field sometimes make unfortunate and unreasonable comparisons when judging anabolic steroids.
Anavar has given optimistic consequences in taking care of anemia and hereditary angioedema. For its use in fat loss and cutting, Anavar cycles are often shorter and utilized with compounds used for achieving similar goals.
The vast majority of medical applications called for an Anavar dosage in the range of 2.5 – 20mg per day, which was of course heavily dependent on the type of sickness, disease, or disorder that Anavar was intended for.
